Terms of Sale

Gittex sells digital software licenses for macOS applications available through gittex.app.

By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased application. Unless stated otherwise, Gittex products are sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access to the purchased version and included future updates.

You may not resell, redistribute, modify for redistribution, sublicense or share your license with third parties.

After successful payment, the license is activated for the Gittex account used during purchase. Downloads are available through your account or the link provided after payment.

You are responsible for ensuring that your Mac meets the application's stated system requirements.

Gittex may update, improve or discontinue individual features. Access to the purchased application itself will not be intentionally revoked without a valid reason, such as fraud, chargeback or violation of these terms.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
